How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription at any time. You will be refunded for the unused time.

Who is counted as a "user"?

You can assign (and re-assign) seats to members of your Github organization freely.

Which payment provider do you use?

I use Paddle as the payment provider. They act as the Merchant of record and the counter party of the contract.

How do you handle sales taxes?

The payment provider - Paddle - handles all sales taxes based on your location. You will get an invoice with the taxes declared.
